WORK-LIFE BALANCE IN POST GRADUATE STUDIES, MEDIATING EFFECT OF CHILDREN'S ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Issues will collaborate with leadership and faculty to produce exceptional work-life programs to help develop outstanding workers to hold their hands and change. The research provides teacher discussion based on QWL (quality of working life) function, work-life balance, and work joy. Teachers do not agree that their employers give good facilities and versatile hours, to help them in achieving work-life balance. Attaining an exceptional quality of working life for modern educational institutions is an international problem, and Pakistani universities are also facing the issue. According to research, work-life balance is an important parameter of happiness. Stratification in faculty, unequal job allotments, and assigned work time haunt the quality of working life. This article highlights the work-life issues faced by faculty and their effects on their children’s academics. In this study 300 faculty members designated experiments as target cases.
